Stephen Munro

Stephen Munro is Bloomberg New Energy Finance’s US policy analyst and editor. He researches and produces reports and presentations on federal and state policy, legislation and regulation affecting the finance and deployment of low-carbon energy.

Stephen also produces and maintains Americas records in BNEF’s New Energy Policy Library, a proprietary reference service, and edits BNEF’s daily Americas news coverage. He writes weekly and quarterly market reports on global clean energy stocks.

Stephen began covering energy policy and markets in 1984. Prior to joining Bloomberg New Energy Finance in 2010, he held senior editorial and product-management positions with Platts, Hart Energy and Thompson Publishing Group.
