Rob Sipll

Rob Sipll is Vice President & General Manager of the Solar Business Unit for Flex Energy Solutions at Flex (NASDAQ: FLEX). Flex is a $26B, Fortune Global 500, industry leading sketch-to-scale™ solutions company that designs and builds intelligent products for a connected world. With more than 200,000 professionals across 30 countries and a promise to help make the world Live Smarter™, the company provides innovative design, engineering, manufacturing, real-time supply chain insight and logistics services to companies of all sizes in various industries and end-markets.

Since joining Flex in 2003, Mr. Sipll has served in a number of leadership roles, including Senior Program Manager, Director of Global Account Management and Senior Director of Global Account Management for the Solar Business Unit. In his current role, Mr. Sipll oversees the global solar development at Flex Energy Solutions, and has been a critical driving force behind its rapid growth and in establishing Flex Energy Solutions as a world leader for the solar industry. Under his leadership the solar expansion has grown in the last 3 years from US $60 million to become a US $720M business, making Flex Energy Solutions the largest contract manufacturer in the world for solar energy.

Prior to joining Flex, Mr. Sipll has held other leadership positions at APW, Ltd. Inc. and Motorola Inc.Mr. Sipll holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tarleton State University, Texas, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dallas.
