Hugh Bromley

Hugh Bromley is a Senior Research Associate with Bloomberg New Energy Finance in New York, where he leads the firms’ analysis of North American solar markets, with a focus on distributed energy technologies, business models and financing vehicles. Hugh joined Bloomberg in New York in 2011, where he focused on US tax-equity finance models for small-scale PV. He later led Bloomberg New Energy Finance’s carbon, power & distributed generation analysis in Sydney, Australia, and has previously worked as an energy consultant specialising in smart-grid and distributed technology integration. Hugh holds a BE (Hons) in photovoltaic and solar energy engineering from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
